Electronic Course Registration Form

APICS Columbus accepts credit cards using paypal.  This is the preferred method of payment. 

Instructions for paying by Credit Card:

Go to www.paypal.com and login with your user name and password.
Click on "Send Money".  This will take you to a form.
On that form:
1) Populate the Email with : webmaster@apics-col.org
2) Populate the total amount of payment in the Amount field.
3) Select "services" in the Category of Purchase dropdown box.
4) Indicate what classes you are signing up for in the Notes section and your APICS or NAPM Member # (if applicable)
  We will confirm receipt of your registration
